Purchasing items from the website is simple and easy.
You select items from the shop and once you checkout, you will be asked to pay via Paypal on a secure server.
You will receive immediate email notification from us and from Paypal confirming your order and payment.
Payment
Vania Nicholas will despatch your goods as soon as payment has been cleared.
Postage prices.
Prices do not include postage. The cost of postage is £5.00 for UK delivery, £10.00 for Europe and £15.00 for the Rest of the World.
Delivery to UK addresses normally takes 7 to 10 days.
Cancellation and refunds.
Cancellations should be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. We should be notified by email of any cancellation within this period.
The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer and all goods must be returned to us within 7 days of canceling. Reasonable care should be taken to ensure that the goods do not get damaged and arrive back in a satisfactory condition.
Goods that have been customised or personalised cannot be returned.
